The organizing team
Behind every great conference.
The General Body of PTMUN III serves as the central team responsible for planning, organizing, and successfully executing the conference. It brings together individuals from different departments to ensure that every aspect of the event operates smoothly. From coordinating committee logistics and managing participants to maintaining discipline and creating an engaging MUN experience, the General Body works collaboratively to uphold the standards and vision of Pak-Turk Maarif Model United Nations.
Logistics Department
The Logistics Department is responsible for the practical arrangements that keep the conference running smoothly. Its duties include managing venues, arranging seating, preparing committee rooms, organizing materials and equipment, and ensuring that all necessary resources are available when required. Through careful planning and coordination, the department creates an organized and comfortable environment for delegates, chairs, and the organizing team.
Social Media Department
The Social Media Department manages PTMUN III's online presence and public image. It is responsible for creating engaging content, designing promotional posts, announcing important updates, covering conference activities, and showcasing the achievements of delegates and the organizing team. By maintaining a consistent and professional digital presence, the department helps attract participants, build excitement, and establish the conference's identity.
The ambassador programme
Carry PT MUN III to your institution.
Ambassadors are the voice of PT MUN III at their schools, colleges and MUN societies. They share news about the conference, encourage delegates from their institution to take part, and act as our point of contact on campus.
You do not need years of MUN experience. If you are new to the circuit, tell us what you hope to gain and what you would like to ask us.
